I’m a children’s author, mom and former teacher, and I’m delighted to have you visit my site.

My debut fiction, Faithful (Puffin/Penguin Group), is a romance, mystery and adventure story for young adults set in Yellowstone National Park during the Gilded Age. Look for it in fall, 2009, and for its sequel (tentatively titled Indigo Spring) in fall, 2010.

My first book, the award-winning middle-grade nonfiction guide Get Organized Without Losing It (Free Spirit Publishing, 2006), is now in its second printing.
